Great product

Full disclosure: I thought this would be another waste of money. I've tried ashwagandha before and it did nothing. But my friend bought it for me so I figured why not. Probably two weeks in I was sleeping sooo much better. My husband asked what I was doing differently because I 'seem like my old self.' Honestly shocked this worked for my skeptical self. Sleeping better and they taste like candy

Actually working for me

Ok so I was really skeptical but my sister kept bugging me to try these. I've been taking them for about a month and a half now and idk something shifted? Like my 4yo spilled milk everywhere last week and I didn't even get mad, we just cleaned it up together. I'm sleeping better too which probably helps. Still have rough days but not losing my shit over every little thing anymore. Might be placebo effect idk but I'm gonna keep taking them. Leaving this review as someone who bought these for her best friend, not for myself. She's been really struggling lately - exhausted all the time, short temper with her kids, texting me at weird hours saying she can't sleep.
